FINAL preparations are being put in place for the first ‘Dulverton Sounds’ Music Festival on Bank Holiday Saturday (May 25).
The festival on Exmoor Lawns beside the River Barle from 3 pm to 10 pm follows on from Dulverton Farmers Market.

Check the latest West Somerset and Exmoor planning applications and decisionsA ‘chill out’ tent will be available from midday for folk music fans to play their own music with their own instruments.
From 3pm a marquee will feature music of almost every genre, including a brass band, shanty, pop divas, country and western, folk, jazz, and retro pop.
Tickets at £10 for the day are available online via the Visit Dulverton website or from Dulverton Post Office.
Festival sponsors are Oggies Music of Dulverton and Tarr Farm Inn.
