A colourful mural in Williton Library, by Minehead artist Hannah Norman, includes this painting of Elmer the Patchwork Elephant – painted in time for Elmer’s Day tomorrow (Saturday).

Written and illustrated by children’s author David McKee, Elmer is one of the most widely read children’s books, selling over 10 million copies worldwide since it was first published by Andersen Press in 1989.

Williton Library is open 10am to 1pm on Saturdays.
