A BADGE has been designed for the new Dulverton Junior School that will be created after the transition from the present three-tier system in September.

A competition was held among the children from both Dulverton schools and the Little Owls Nursery.

The winning design – unveiled in a joint school assembly on Tuesday (May 3) - was created by Emilia Bridge, who is in year five at Dulverton Middle, and Lewis Govier, in year three at All Saints First School.

Pictured are some of the 114 entries showing a wide range of ideas and concepts.
