KERBSIDE waste collection will be one day later over Easter, with no pick-ups on Good Friday or Easter Monday.

Collections due on Good Friday and on Friday April 26 will take place from 7am on Saturdays April 20 and 27, with those scheduled for Monday to Thursday taking place the following day.

All recycling sites remain on their new summer schedules, with ten sites, including Minehead, open from 9am to 6pm on Good Friday. Minehead recycling centre will also be open on Easter Monday, from 9am to 6pm.

Somerset’s 16 recycling sites will all be open from 9am to 4pm on both Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday.
