DULVERTON enjoyed an afternoon and evening of festive cheer when people thronged the streets and shops on Sunday for the annual Dulverton by Starlight event.

From Father Christmas to fireworks, music to entertainers, it was a non-stop afternoon of seasonal fun as shops and businesses threw open their doors -and the weather also played its part by keeping fine.

“It was lovely to see, the shops were beautifully decorated, there were winter market stalls with local crafts all around the town, beautiful lights in the trees and outstanding fireworks,” said Zoe Williams, a member of the organising committee which runs the not-for-profit event.
