MINEHEAD continued with their winning ways as they beat Compton Dundon by 77 runs on Saturday.
Having been put into bat Minehead were soon in trouble at 31-3.
But then Ian Goodrum played fluently for his half century to keep the scoreboard ticking whilst Stuart Tudball steadied the other end, taking 13 overs to score his first 15 runs.
With the arrival of Andy Dyer scoring gradually increased until Tudball (32) was caught behind with the score on 137.

In reply, Compton Dundon lost their first five wickets at regular intervals but Paul Lindsey (44) and teenager Harry Livingston (27) batted for almost an hour and put on 77 runs for the sixth wicket.
Whilst Minehead tried seven different bowlers it wasn't until the skipper realised he still had steady Dave Hurley to bowl that the advantage of the game changed. It took him just 2.2 overs to remove the last five batsmen for a personal cost of just nine runs to leave Minehead winners by 77 runs.
The difference between the two teams occurred after both teams were on 137-5 at virtually the same stage of the game. Minehead went on to score 89 runs without loss where as Compton Dundon lost five wickets whilst only adding 12 runs to their score.
