Many thanks to the coach and several car loads of singers, musicians, helpers and audience from our area who made the trip to the Colston Hall in Bristol for the annual One Day Chorus and Orchestra event in aid of Cancer Research UK.

They joined a choir of 280 and an orchestra of 270, rehearsed a programme of music just for one day and put on a free concert in the late afternoon. 

Donations from the audience and surplus from the participant fees means that we have given Cancer Research over £12,000 from this one event!

Next year - Sunday February 3 - we will be in St David’s Hall, Cardiff with an even bigger event. Watch out for details and come and join us.
