AN investigation into the slow roll out of superfast broadband in the Wiveliscombe area is being demanded by Somerset Cllr Simon Mansell.

Cllr Mansell said Connecting Devon and Somerset contractor Airband UK was still building a network but was running behind schedule and had issued a warning in its annual accounts that it ‘anticipates incurring contractual penalties and restructuring costs’.
