MINEHEAD and District Choral Society’s Spring Concert, with Taunton Sinfonietta, is on Saturday only, and not also on Friday as reported in last week’s Free Press. We apologise for any inconvenience.

‘Choral Classics’ opens with Handel’s Zadok the Priest and continues with favourites by composers such as Brahms, Mozart and Franck. It features choruses, arias and recitatives from Handel’s Messiah. Including Hallelujah, and ends with Worthy is the Lamb and Amen choruses.

The concert is at The Avenue Methodist Church at 7.30pm. Tickets from the Regal box office and on-the-door.
