AROUND 50 children from four West Somerset schools entered work for an Easter art exhibition at Washford Mill.
Pupils of Old Cleeve, Dunster, St Peter's in Williton and Knights Templar, Watchet, first schools all took part in the event.
The exhibition had a theme of 'Spring' and the children were also able to join in activities and be entertained.
They were invited by Washford Mill managing director Paul Thresher, and local artist Maurice Bishop judged their work for the exhibition.
Old Cleeve First School took two first prizes when Ffion Meagher came top in the reception class category and Nancy Hesp won the classes one and two age group, and Jake Pound, of Dunster First School was the classes three and four winner.
Mr Thresher said: "We put on various events for the children during the holiday with a children's entertainer, model railway exhibition and face painting.
"And we thought it would be a nice idea for local children to have a chance to exhibit their art talents."
