ORGANISATIONS that raised funds for St Margaret’s Hospice at Dunster by Candlelight have handed over their cheques totalling £6,163,20 so far.

Candlelight chairman Andy Fay presented a cheque from the committee, and Peter Kuruber gave a cheque from the Minehead Lions supported by Veronica and Brian Whittle.

There was a cheque from the church, and Ray Hunt and Brian Scott gave a cheque from the West Somerset Morris.

Dave Paveling, Carl and Sue Horrocks represented the Rotary who did a great deal of the collecting on the night.
