A SIXTH form 'Blind Date' was among activities during a fundraising week at West Somerset Community College.
Year 12 students studying business enterprise at A Level organised the week in aid of Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.
In addition to the 'Blind Date' event, the week's activities included a non-school uniform day, sale of cakes and hot refreshments and was rounded off with a raffle, the prizes kindly donated by local businesses. Business studies teacher Caroline Daye said: "The students worked well as a team and learned a lot about themselves and each other while raising a total of £537.51 for this worthy cause.
"They would like to thank everyone for their support especially the local businesses who donated raffle prizes."
