POLICE are seeking witnesses who may have mobile phone or dashcam footage of a fatal accident on the Cannington-Combwich road on Sunday afternoon when a motorcyclist was fatally injured after crashing into a building.

The victim, who has not been named, died on the scene despite efforts of paramedics and an air ambulance crew. The incident took place at a car service building near Cannington Grain.

An Avon and Somerset police spokesman said that investigators were hoping that anyone who had witnessed the tragedy, particularly if they had any filmed evidence, would ring 101 and give the reference number 5220/081084.
