FIRE broke out in a bungalow in West Quantoxhead at around 6.25am today, causing serious damage.

An aerial ladder platform and water carrier from Bridgwater were also mobilised along with a further two fire appliances from Bridgwater and a command support unit from Wiveliscombe.
Western Power is investigating the cause, believed to have been electrical.
After the fire had been extinguished crews continued to search the property to ensure there was no spread, particularly in the roof area.
There was 50 per cent smoke and heat damage to the entrance hall and a further 50 per cent to the rest of the single-storey property.
